Pastor's Page Welcome!
Welcome to the Union Baptist Church web site. We are a Southern Baptist Church located in the fast growing area northeast of Griffin, in Spalding County, Georgia. On May 21, 2006 we held the first service in our new building. The Lord has blessed us with new members, a new worship facility, and new ministries. Union Baptist Church is an exciting place to worship and serve the Lord. If you live in our community or the surrounding area and are looking for a church home, then we invite you to visit with us and enjoy the warmth of God's love and the fellowship of His people as we worship together.
Our worship services on Sunday are at 9:00am (Contemporary), 11:00am (Blended), and 6:30pm (Traditional). Sunday School is at 10:00am. We are an "equal opportunity church." We welcome saints and sinners.
Wednesday Evening Meal -
You're invited to
join us for our Wednesday Evening Meal from 5:30-6:30pm every Wednesday before the
Bible Study and Youth and Children mission activities. Let us
take the worry out of preparing dinner. Enjoy the ease and convenience of eating at church
and attending Wednesday night ministries.

Contemporary Worship Service -
Are you looking for
something different - a more up-beat and less formal worship experience?
Then come try our Contemporary Worship Service at 9:00am on Sunday mornings.
We think you'll agree, It's GREAT!
Prayer List -
You can now make
prayer request through the web site. If you have someone you are concerned
about and would like the church to be in prayer for them, please fill out
the
Prayer Request Form. These names will
be added to our Wednesday night prayer list.
Turkey Shoot-
Union Baptist will hold its annual Turkey Shoots on November 3rd, 10th and 17th as well as December 8th. The cost is $8.00 per shot. The shoot begins at 9 AM and will finish at 4:30 PM. Invite a friend to come shoot a target and perhaps win a ham or turkey.
